About Japanese people
Construction Management Supervisor
I have worked as a site manager on construction projects in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. While I have experienced several difficulties and failures in the past, I am confident that I can use those experiences to achieve more accurate and honest construction management.

Sanwa Soken's strengths as a company specializing in overseas construction projects
1. A specialized team of experts with experience in JICA/ODA grant-aid construction projects.
Our technical team consists solely of highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in JICA/ODA grant-aid construction projects for the Japanese government. We boast design and construction management capabilities that are equal to or exceed those of major Japanese general contractors. Our strength lies in our practical technical expertise, which integrates international standards with local conditions.
2. Flexible response to design changes and simplification of contracts
In international construction projects, on-site design changes are often unavoidable. Our Construction Management (CM) contract method eliminates the cumbersome procedures associated with contract changes, allowing for construction that immediately reflects the client's intentions. This enables project management that balances speed and flexibility.
3. Overwhelming cost competitiveness—particularly advantageous in small-scale projects
Our company enables significant cost reductions through streamlined design and on-site optimization. This cost advantage is particularly evident in smaller projects around 2 billion yen, where we compare significantly to other companies. We have a construction system in place that balances efficiency and results without sacrificing quality.
4. We will carry out the construction work using the most suitable contract method to meet the customer's needs.
Our company supports a variety of contract types for construction projects. We offer various contract options, including construction contracts, CM (Construction Management) contracts, labor contracts, and regular work contracts. We can implement the most suitable contract type to match your business policies, cost management, and project characteristics.
Our greatest strength lies in our ability to work with our clients to design the most rational and transparent approach, without being bound by fixed contracts.
