About Our Filipino Staff
Our team of Filipino site supervisors (SVs) is comprised of family members and relatives, forming a highly reliable group. Approximately five of them speak fluent Japanese and have practical experience working as formwork carpenters in Japan.
Particularly in ODA construction projects, we possess construction techniques that allow us to achieve sufficient precision simply by applying paint to exposed concrete finishes, boasting a level of quality and precision that eliminates the need to apply mortar to the structural framework. Furthermore, we have established a system capable of handling virtually all types of construction work, including blacksmithing, rebar installation, tiling, ceiling work, pile driving, sheet piling, and heavy equipment operation.Furthermore, we have staff well-versed in on-site accounting and management, enabling us to support construction sites from both technical and administrative perspectives.
About the South American Team
The South American team is led by a Japanese-Peruvian manager. He is fluent in Japanese and is an engineer capable of handling a wide range of tasks, from architecture and electrical work to the management of mechanical and civil engineering projects.
Our Japanese-Peruvian wife is in charge of creating construction drawings and structural design, ensuring a solid foundation for our design work.
Under the leadership of a Japanese-Peruvian manager, our team includes Peruvian site supervisors and electrical engineers from South America, all of whom have worked for Japanese general contractors and consulting firms and possess a deep understanding of Japanese construction technology and quality standards.
